The country is not landlocked: its sea gateway is the port of Matadi, downstream of Kinshasa toward the Atlantic, reached by the Matadi–Kinshasa corridor.
All of it runs on physical goods: containers and cargo along the Kinshasa–Matadi corridor, river freight up the Congo, high-value plant and spares at formal mining and industrial facilities, and stock across warehouses, manufacturing and retail. We are candid that the east of the country — well away from the cities we serve — remains an active conflict zone, and we scope every project honestly and take no political side.
